Whilst all delivery dates are given in good faith, these are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.
Consequently, the company cannot accept liability or claims for compensation resulting from late deliveries.
No return or exchange will be accepted for all items, including display items.
All goods must be delivered within 45 days once the goods are in stock.
The deposit will be forfeited if products are not collected within 4 days from the advised delivery date.
In the case of requested split shipment, the whole balance must be settled on the first delivery.
Customers should carefully inspect the quantity and quality of the item before acknowledgement of receipt.
Upon acknowledgement, Style50s shall be discharged from any liability for the sales.
An additional charge will be imposed if there are no lift facilities, the lift is too small, lift facilities cannot be used or a 5.5 t truck cannot park in front of your building
Additional charge reference cost: per flight of stairs or 10 meters long carry for small item is $50, sofa or cabinet is $100 per item.
The minimum charge is HKD750-1500 for Outlying Islands per item.
Disposal charges for old furniture will be HKD300-HKD800 per item, depending on the weight & size.
No deliveries when typhoon signal no.8 is hoisted or a black rainstorm warning is in effect. Delivery appointment will subsequently be re-arranged.
If customer is not home during delivery and requests a reschedule of delivery day, an additional HKD500 will be applied for re-arrangement.
This transaction and the terms and conditions of this agreement stated herein and printed overleaf are confirmed.
